Navigation:  Search and Refund > Merchant Copy

The Merchant Copy option allows you to reproduce a receipt for any transaction which is set to produce a Merchant Copy of the receipt when finalising a transaction (eg. Credit Card Transactions). This is particularly useful is there was a problem printing the original receipt.

 

To print a copy of the Merchant's Copy receipt:

•Use the Transaction Search facility to lookup the original transaction

•Select the transaction you will reprint a receipt for (click the radio button in the far left column)

•Click the Merchant Copy button

 

 

NOTE: You will only be ably to print a Merchant Copy of the receipt if the original transaction issued a Merchant Copy. A popup message will display if a transaction has not been set for a Merchant Copy
