The system log will tell you the exact movements of all users within AIM. It will list dates and times of every log on or log off, reports run, processes started etc. The fields listed are:

Date / User / Process Type / Process Code / Description of Activity

The Error Log is similar to the system log but lists errors rather than user actions. It will list all errors occurring within the AIM system. This is particularly useful for Capita Software Services support personnel. The fields listed are:

Date / Time / User / Process Type / Process Code  / Description of Error

Displays the same information as the system log. However this current log shows records for the system date only (today's date). The fields sown are:

Date  /  User /  Process Type /  Process Code /  Description of Activity

Any transactions failing to send to the Secure Bureau Service are displayed in this report.  

System / Machine / User / Request Type / Last Accessed / Last Login

Any Batch imports done during the requested time will be displayed here .

All user information is displayed here - showing the all settings for the users

All Groups and the settings that have been setup is displayed here.

All available menus is displayed. The codes under which they fall and whether they are active or not will show in the report.
