Logging On

Paye.net runs within the windows internet browser, this means that no additional software needs to be installed on your machine to access the software.

To save time when accessing the software in future, you may want to save the URL to your favourites.

Change Password - Navigates you to the Change Password screen
Login - Navigates you to the next screen

Enter a login name. Enter a login name for the user (up to 25 alpha-numeric characters)

A login name allocated to you by your Administrator. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact your Administrator.

A login name cannot be used more than once at the same time – so login names must not be shared between users and you must not try to login a second time on another PC or browser session. If you do this then the first login session will be logged out automatically.

Password

When you first access the software, you will login using a password supplied by your administrator. You will then be required to change your password before you can log in. Enter the new password and continue.

Note: The password is Case Sensitive.

After three failed login attempts, your account will be locked.

Please contact your systems administrator to have your account activated.

For security reasons you will also be prompted to change your password at regular intervals. In addition, you can initiate a password change manually from the login screen, by clicking the Change Password button.
