History File Reports are used to analyse the data contained within the systems history file.
The History file contains all data that has been transferred from the Holding file. It accumulates data on a daily basis
Data continuously accumulates in the History file as the transfer to history option is run during end of day procedures.
This report lists all transactions in the History file that match the defined criteria, showing:
Date / Time / Machine / User / CAN / Reference / Fund / MOP / Amount |
Lists all transactions in the holding file that match the defined criteria, showing:
Date / Time / Machine / User / CAN / Reference / Narrative / Fund / MOP / Amount / VAT /Balance |
This report lists each negative transaction in the History file. The fields shown are:
Date / Machine / User / CAN / Reference / Fund / MOP / Amount |
Lists all payments in the History file, separated by each fund code. It shows:
Reference / Date / MOP / Amount / Narrative |
Shows any cash up records in the History file that were over or under the actual amount of transactions taken during that session.

This report lists total amounts and counts for fund 9 in the history file. The following fields appear:

The report is displayed per computer for the location.
