The search functionality allows for the search of ledger codes configured within IM.  

After selecting a fund code, enter the Ledger Code by either typing the code or by clicking the search option. The system supports searches based on wild cards.

 

Depending on the number of Ledgers in the Group, more than one page in the search results screen can be available. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between the pages. Select the relevant Ledger Code to populate the details on the Ledger page or close the search results window by clicking Cancel.

 

After selecting the item and clicking OK, the selection will appear on the main ledger data grid.
