Anewbullet  Standard Funds eg. Council Tax require a Reference number OR a Schedule ID

Anewbullet  Miscellaneous funds require a Schedule ID OR a Reference, Account Name and Postcode entered

Wildcard options are available - eg. when you know only part of the schedule number (Site Number), this can be entered and viewed on the list

Entering just the Site ID will list all the schedules in your system as each schedule number has the Site _ID at the end.

The schedule can be printed or emailed to the customer.

The manage schedule option will display any email address stored at the time of setup of the schedule. Whilst that address can be amended to allow a copy of the schedule to be emailed to a different address, that new address is not currently stored.

The next release of Paye.net will allow the address which is stored on a schedule to be amended.

Schedules cannot be edited

As editing a schedule, whether that be the end date, number of instalments or amount paid, will affect all subsequent payments, the system requires that an existing schedule is deleted and a new one set-up, rather than attempting to edit an existing schedule.

To delete a schedule, select the required schedule and press the DELETE button.

A confirmation message will be displayed and after deleting, will show on the search screen that it has been deleted.
